We’re a 17 year-young clean, contemporary, boutique-style salon located at The District at Green Valley Ranch. Our beautiful space is a highlight of The District, with our bright white interior, thoughtful textured elements of recycled materials and glowing cove-lighting which especially stands out in the evening hours.

Who are we looking for?
We invite driven hair artists who have a grow-and-sustain mindset with a warm chair-side manner. With these foundational traits, you’ll have no problem curating your ideal clientele.
Plus, our beautiful space makes it easy to attract and maintain your clientele.
Our ideal new team member is emotionally intelligent, has an innate drive for personal growth, strives to be a positive force in the world, and is open to trying new things to achieve goals. This person has up-to-date knowledge of cutting and coloring techniques and has a niche or two - whether in formal styles, balayage, or extensions!
One of our core beliefs is around treating each person as a human with inherent dignity - especially when delivering feedback and criticism. We believe each member of our team strives to do their best, and we expect our team to have the same beliefs in each other.

Front Desk - Our front desk teams are professional, communicative, reliable and efficient. Our front desk team takes detailed notes for all new guest appointments, such as; hair density, length, texture, current color, professional or box dye, date of last color service, going lighter / darker / fashion colors.
