Build Your Experience Through Models
Hands-on experience is one of the most valuable parts of our Associate Program. As you develop your technical skills, you'll perform services on models in a real salon environment with guidance and support from our educators. Finding models requires initiative and consistency, so associates should be prepared to actively build a network of friends, family, referrals, and community members throughout the program.
Embrace Coaching & Feedback
Growth comes from being coachable. Throughout your training, you'll receive ongoing feedback designed to strengthen your technical skills, consultation abilities, and guest experience. Our goal isn't simply to teach techniques—it's to build the confidence, professionalism, and foundation needed for a long, successful career behind the chair.
Build Your Business
Creating a thriving clientele is a partnership between you and the salon. We'll provide the tools, systems, marketing support, and opportunities to help you grow, but your success also depends on your own initiative. Be prepared to invest time in building your online presence, utilizing referral opportunities, engaging with your community, and creating meaningful relationships with every guest you serve.
