All Bellami Extension Waivers must be Emailed to Zach or your order will not be completed.
ORDERS FOR HAIR ARE PLACED TUESDAY-SATURDAY AND TYPICALLY TAKE 2-5 DAYS TO DELIVER TO THE SALON. Book appointments at least 10 days from order date.
COMPLETE Extension Waiver on iPad: GoodNotes > Shared Documents > Clear Document > When completed, EMAIL TO ZACH with subject line “Bellami Waiver for {CLIENT NAME}”

Click the “Extension Waiver + Consultation Form” to open file and print.
Print or EMAIL a copy of the At Home Care Instructions for the guest.
AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED: your order will be confirmed via email and tracking information will be sent asap
Keep a close eye on your order and confirm it has arrived to the salon at least 48 hours before the client’s appt.
