For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, children and animals are not permitted in the salon.  In the event that you bring a child/animal to the appointment we will have to reschedule you for a different day and a cancellation fee may apply.

Our Cancellation and No Child/Pet Policy

Gianna Christine Salon has a 24-hour cancellation policy and requires a credit card to secure all appointments. We don’t charge or authorize any amount at the time of scheduling, however, your card is charged 100% for same day cancellations, no-shows, or if you arrive arrive with children or pets or arrive late to the point we can no longer accommodate your service - which can be as little as 10-minutes.

As a courtesy, we send out a confirmation text message 48-hours prior to your appointment, as well as a reminder text of this policy 24-hours prior.

All digital appointment reminders from our salon are a courtesy and you are still responsible for keeping record of your scheduled appointments.
