Education Hours are any hours specifically scheduled for overseeing a Technical Audition, a Team Class or one-on-one training. These hours must be submitted on the day of audition/education and will be verified and forwarded to payroll.
Education time must be approved in advance.
Audition time caps out at 2.5 hours.
It is your job to communicate with the candidate to assure they will be finished on time.
