Service Redo Process

Step 1: Redo Request

Submit the Redo Request while you’re on the phone with the Guest.

If a Guest is willing but unable to see their stylist due to a scheduling issue, you are expected to contact the stylist directly to try to coordinate a Redo Date.
When a Redo is scheduled, it is the Front Desk’s responsibility to communicate with both stylists involved in a Redo service.

Step 2: Day-of Redo Service Form

Submit the Day-of Redo Service Form with assistance from the Stylist performing the redo.
