IMPORTANT: GC VIPs receive special discounts for having a Friend or Family member on our team! Our VIP lists are updated at the start of each year, so your VIP membership is valid until December 31. VIP memberships void if your Friend or Family Member is no longer on the team. VIP Product Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE as they are an at-cost, zero-profit payment.
Our scheduling software requires Credit Card on file to schedule all appointments.
When Calling to schedule:

• Please specify if you would like to book as a VIP Product Charge (bumpable) or VIP 25% OFF (not bumpable)

Product Charge Appointments can be bumped with little or no notice
• Product Charge Services are subject to availability.
• Our paying guests take precedence, which means your appointment can be bumped with little or no notice.
• We will try to contact you via text as soon as possible about schedule changes.Must be paid in *CASH*
Tipping Expectations
• Tip should be at least 50% of the Menu Price of the service(s) **See Menu Link Below
• Tips must be paid directly to the service provider via cash, ApplePay, Venmo, Zelle, etc.Our service providers are not required to offer VIP services.

Failure to pay on the date of service
Failure to tip within the expectation
No-showing or frequent cancelling
Not paying for extra color used
Changing a VIP 25% OFF appointment to a VIP (Product Charge)
