GroupMe code of conduct
The group communication app is used for sharing updates, ideas, announcements, polls and meeting or training notices. All employees must stay active by acknowledging updates, calendar invites and polls. Personal feedback should never be shared via GroupMe.
On occasion, it may be necessary for management to make a public announcement on the Group Communications Tool regarding policy. These posts are not an invitation for debate. If you feel the need to respond to an announcement, reach out to management personally.
Uses of Group Communication Tool for Leadership:
post calendar notifications for meetings, promotions or eventsshare team goals, achievements, education for new products or servicespost policy reminderscollect employee opinions via Pollsact as mediator - certain posts may be removed if deemed as inappropriate or of aggressive nature.
UNACCEPTABLE uses of Group Communication Tool for employees:
posts which can be considered aggressive or argumentative in naturenegative feedbacksharing information not regarding GC Salon + Spaany form of bullying, including the expression of exclusion of a co-worker
